Twas The Night Before Christmas……………………….
Twas the night before christmas and all was well
Sounds were going in and out of a jingle bell
Little children were drifting off to sleep
While parents were wrapping up presents in a heap
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hopes that Santa soon would be there
Christmas trees have gone up
With decorations shaped like a pup
In New Zealand its hot
But in England the folk are roasting hot food in a pot
England is cold
Back in NZ the sun is bright and bold
People are singing christmas carols
While others are reading christmas masterpieces by Lewis Carroll
Joy is everywhere
Even in the air
As we take a look around
Every country’s ways to celebrate abound.
